  • User-Generated Content: Reviews, ratings, and media submitted during Arena battles.
  • Communications: Information provided in support messages.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Log and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed.
  • Cookies: Essential cookies for sessions and fraud prevention.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Operate and maintain platform features.
  • Calculate ELO ratings and update the Leaderboard.
  • Manage accounts and provide support.
  • Detect and prevent bot activity or fraudulent voting.

3. Third-Party Providers

  • AWS for hosting and compute.
  • Supabase for database, authentication, and storage.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share only for:

  • Public Display of usernames, reviews, and Arena submissions.
  • Legal Obligations when required by law.
  • Business Transfers during mergers or acquisitions.

5. Security

We use encryption in transit/at rest and Row Level Security. No system is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data via Profile Settings.

7. Children

Not directed at children under 13.

  • You grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content.
  • You retain ownership of original content.
  • No defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.

4. Arena & Voting

  • Fair, blind comparison only.
  • No vote manipulation or multiple accounts.
  • Fraud = immediate suspension.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • No illegal use, unauthorized access, bots, harassment, or spam.

6. Intellectual Property

LLMsReview branding is our property.

7. Disclaimer

Platform provided AS IS without warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law
